An alteration and addition was completed to the front of this Waterman’s Bay house to convert a 1970s brick bungalow into a modern coastal family home. At the forefront of this renovation is an architecturally designed front alfresco living area, purposefully created for entertaining family and friends.  The bespoke additions to both the house and carport, including a full internal refurbishment, have evolved this house into a stylish and functional beachside home.
