A custom whole house alteration and addition was undertaken to create a light and bright family home that captures the essence of its beachside location. Architectural extensions to the ground and first floor provide a modern entertainment space that incorporates an open plan kitchen/dining area and a wide timber staircase leading to the spacious master bedroom and ensuite. Large windows allow natural light to flow into the home and offer first floor views of beautiful Waterman’s Bay. Modern interiors were used throughout the entire house with custom refurbishments to match the renovation.
