Tintinara Building was founded in 2019 by Tim Wheatley, who instilled strong values and premium standards in our team’s building and construction practices. At Tintinara, we believe the key to building exceptional spaces is cohesiveness and communication throughout the design and build process.

BUILDER AND DIRECTOR

Tim is on-site every day to lead each project and manage our team of highly skilled craftsmen. Prior to Tintinara Building, Tim owned a carpentry business for 15 years.

Jason Shepherd

SITE SUPERVISOR

Jason is a skilled carpenter and has 30 years experience in the construction industry, 12 of those being in a Supervising role.

For each project, Tintinara manages a highly skilled group of contractors that understand and implement the superior level of workmanship required.
